SESSION 1: TEAM COACHING METHODS AND TOOLS (22.01.2022) 

The module is supposed to provide the participants with the essential information about delivering team coaching and to show and practice the tools and techniques which perform well in running effective sessions. The module prepares for running the first sessions and provides the fundamentals for further development in the area of coaching.

 

SESSION 2: ACTION LEARNING (05-06.02.2022) 

During this module, the participants will have an opportunity to get to know and experience the Action Learning method. This leads to two goals: developing the participants on the one hand and solving a problem which is urgent and complex and which is the focus of a dialog on the other. Action Learning is a response to the challenges of the times of VUCA. It departs from traditional learning methods in favor of action learning.

 

SESSION 3: TRANSFORMATIONAL COACHING (19-20.02.2022) 

Workshop based on transformational presence in coaching. Inspired by Alan Seale’s and Otto Scharmer’s theories. It demonstrates the transformational coaching approach to life, leadership, and business. It show how to create a transformational environment for team growth and development through one’s presence. It permits the participants to get to the core of the circumstances and situations as well as notice the emerging potential and use it for creating new solutions.

 

SESSION 4: SYSTEMIC COACHING (19-20.03.2022)

Perception of the customer as a part of a complex system of relationships, which opens options and creates limitations: this is particularly important in working with teams. An approach allowing for the entirety of actions as a resonating space for team development; it raises the team coaching practice to a completely new level of work. Using systemic work tools, we can help teams discover their overall potential, synergic predispositions, and root causes of failures. At the same time, we can design and change the system of relationships to create the most favorable context for achieving professional goals.

SESSION 5: GROUP MENTOR COACHING SESSIONS (09-10.04.2022) 

The aim of the last module in the School of Team Coaching is to present oneself as a team coach and apply the tools learned during the course. The team is played by other training group members and the trainer provides full feedback in accordance with the ICF principles and the good practices of team coaching.

  • What are the conditions for admission?

    An interview is carried out before classes start in order to confirm the eligibility to attend the School. Inclinations, attitude and readiness for work of a potential participant are verified during the interview. It also enables the stakeholders to make sure that their expectations are in line with what the School has to offer. It is necessary to sign the Agreement in order to attend the School. We will send you the agreement by email, post or fax upon receipt of your application via the Application Form or email. Spots are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Group size: 12 people

  • What do I need to do to graduate from the School?

    In order to graduate from the School and receive a certificate, it is necessary to attend at least 70 hours of classes, participate in mentoring sessions, and pay the full fee. If the participant attends the School to a lesser extent than the one indicated above, they will receive the School’s certificate of participation, showing the number of hours attended.

  • How can I enroll at the School?

  • When are classes held?

    Classes are held on weekends (9 AM to 5 PM).

  • How much is the School?

    Corporate clients: PLN 7,980* per person (+23% VAT). Individual customers: PLN 6,600* per person (+23% VAT).
