After a few years spent in classrooms filled with flipcharts, yellow sticky notes, and colorful markers, she knows now that knowledge alone is only halfway to success. Believes that theory quickly evaporates without practice and therefore thoroughly examines organizations’ training needs and goals.
Cooperated with various sectors, thus discovering the specific character of their operation and structure, took part in change processes, and observed their influence on teamwork.
Devotes her leisure to volunteering in an animal shelter, reading Scandinavian crime novels, and hiking along new trails in the Polish mountains.
