Graduated from the Jagiellonian University in Kraków in Psychology (specializations: Psychology of Organizations and Psychology of Sports) and completed a postgraduate program in Human Resource Management at the University of Warsaw as well as Coaching and Mentoring at the SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities and the Laboratory of Psychoeducation.

Continuous development and search for novelties have accompanied her since childhood. Perfectionism, good organization, but also spontaneity are the principal rules she follows.
