Ewa Kubica

Graduated from the Jagiellonian University in Kraków in Psychology (specializations: Psychology of Organizations and Psychology of Sports) and completed a postgraduate program in Human Resource Management at the University of Warsaw as well as Coaching and Mentoring at the SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities and the Laboratory of Psychoeducation.

Co-author of the book Dobre Przywództwo. Najlepsze praktyki polskich liderów biznesu [Good Leadership. Best practices of the Polish business leaders].

Continuous development and search for novelties have accompanied her since childhood. Perfectionism, good organization, but also spontaneity are the principal rules she follows. Does not like boredom and monotony. Appreciates people with passions, who – like her – take advantage of every minute of their lives. Inaction kills her internal energy, and that is why she is in constant motion.
