We build motivation for change and support cooperation between the manager and the employee. We monitor the effects of our activities on a continuous basis. Thanks to that, at the project completion we are able to show together with the Customer that the planned change actually occurred.
How do we ensure results in the virtual reality?
The key to effectiveness at all stages of the online development process is to build and maintain engagement. Our approach is based on three pillars:
Personal relationship
Emphasis is put on contact and authentic relationship between participants, their managers and trainers and consultants. Forms of direct contact (whether in real time or asynchronously) are tailored to the development process needs and dynamics.Designing
We take care of the engagement, motivation and comfort of the participants. We design a sequence of activities that form an educational and development journey, by selecting an appropriate duration, method and tool for each stage. Between virtual workshops we plan and implement development activities that have a real value – only those that are needed and when they are needed.Interactive form
We specialize in interactive methods of remote work with the group, thanks to which the participants stay attentive, curious and emotional: from virtual sessions, action learning workshops, business simulations, to interactive performances based on the drama method.
