Development means change
No matter if we focus on individuals, teams or organizations, the measure of our success is the specific change and its meaningful business effect. This is why in our approach the implementation is embedded in the whole process.
We determine objectives
We formulate understandable and clear project objectives together with the Customer. We define the expected results – measurable, even if the effects seem difficult to capture and measure.
We analyze the context
We take into account people and the context in which they act – the success depends on the professional environment which will support the change implementation.
We activate leverages
We concentrate on actions that will make it possible to achieve the expected result with a relatively small effort. We build motivation for change and support cooperation between the manager and the employee. We enhance knowledge and experience sharing to model the practices which will become a permanent component of change.
We show the effect
We monitor the effects of our activities on a continuous basis. Thanks to that, at the project completion we are able to show together with the Customer that the planned change actually occurred.
How do we ensure results in the virtual reality?
The key to effectiveness at all stages of the online development process is to build and maintain engagement. Our approach is based on three pillars:
Emphasis is put on contact and authentic relationship between participants, their managers and trainers and consultants. Forms of direct contact (whether in real time or asynchronously) are tailored to the development process needs and dynamics.
We take care of the engagement, motivation and comfort of the participants. We design a sequence of activities that form an educational and development journey, by selecting an appropriate duration, method and tool for each stage. Between virtual workshops we plan and implement development activities that have a real value – only those that are needed and when they are needed.
We specialize in interactive methods of remote work with the group, thanks to which the participants stay attentive, curious and emotional: from virtual sessions, action learning workshops, business simulations, to interactive performances based on the drama method.
The necessary features and technological tools are adjusted to the assumed objective and the customer needs. The virtual House of Skills training studio is our unique form of work: add classroom tools to modern technology to get a single reality.
